Dropshipping and eBay - Is It All a Scam or is there a Real Business Opportunity Here?

There are many supposed eBay dropshipping opportunities to be found online. Through my research I have found all but two are actually some form of scam. There are only two eBay approved dropshippers. Motivated individuals can build a strong eBay business with zero dollars out of pocket using one of eBay's approved dropshippers, but how?
