Monthly NTI Meeting about forming our action plans. Affected programs include our Leadership, RESELLER and Branding Programs.

March 21, 2008 - Attending was Hugh Ballou, Teo Graca and Adam J. Kovitz. Further review of notes from meeting with Larry Warnick.

Items Adopted:

We will use Hugh's "Little Successes to Big Successes" strategy and plot monthly to yearly goals for NTI.

Hugh will act as "connector" for this committee.

We will link Hugh's and Adam's programs from ConfidenceInternational.Org and when it is released, WeTrainLeaders.com - quick note: we are also working with George Ishee's program delivery system and will be merging NTI technologies with it.

Action Item - Adam and Hugh should contact George Ishee directly to move that process forward. George is currently converting educational systems for his soon-to-be-released program.

Action Item - Adam will help pace our progress with insights into "how things will flow" in terms of our every-changing technologies online.

Action Item: All - we need to find some Web 3.0 articles to link to from NTI.

Action Item - Teo: Invite our Wealth Builders Team to join the "Confidence International" and "We Train Leaders" communities.

Action Item - Adam will connect Teo with:

David Alexander - BNI GA
Glen Gould - writer, Greater Atlnata metro chamber...
Kelly - south east beuro chief
Charles Fellingham - qAlias

Clarifications made by Teo:

Net-Teams is focused on traditional or brick-and-mortar membership organizations that are looking to hire IT personnel to solve their technology problems. Quality Referrals are Chambers of Commerce, especially state Chambers, top level BNI connections, any non-profit (over 2 million exist in the US alone) that are seeking IT staff.

Net-Teams unique sales proposition is exclusivity, single sign-on, single interface for access to multiple communities, and some or all standard web functionality (as needed) in a single ease-of-use interface.

Note that we assume everyone has a web site, so Net-Teams was designed from the ground up to function as a secondary web site that runs from any other web site - Net-Teams is the back-end to anyone's web site front end.

LinkedIn Recommendation: Lois Livingston - php Developer at Paratsee - I'm working with Teo on learning new Internet Marketing tips and tricks for my business. He's got a great grasp of just what I need to know, is really fun to work with and although I don't really like to talk on the phone, Teo makes phone conferences really worth the time. I get stuff out of those that aren't anywhere else on his eWorkshopCourses.com site, or the IBC site. If you are looking for a real GURU, Teo is that guy! - March 17, 2012, Lois was Teo's client
