When you find that you no longer have the patience you had in the past or maybe you get angry easier, you might want to consider the Push Hand DVD. In this DVD, you will learn the Chen Style of Push Hands from the Master himself. The DVD will show you how to work with both a partner and without one. You will start by learning a few simple exercises for stance, weight transfer, and total coordination. Once you learn the basic steps you can, then move onto more steps with a partner this time.

By the time you learned each of the steps, your confidence will improve drastically.

Martial arts cover both mental and some say spiritual side of your being. You will find more control over feelings such as anger and fear, through the breathing exercises, and that the martial arts will teach you to find your inner peace. You cannot go through life with fear or anger riding you and the same can be said for martial arts as well.

When you train with others, you will find that you enjoy your time more, and have people who understand the exhilaration and sometimes frustration of learning something new. I have experienced that, after the training, I feel more energized for the day ahead and ready to take on more.

You will also see that the training takes place during a multitude of smaller steps and that this is very beneficial to not only adults who have a low patience level but children as well. Many other sports do not have this beneficial type of training and many people myself included see this as a defect in their programs. Unlike martial arts, though, where taking smaller steps and stressing patience are very important part of each and every lesson.

There are different types of the Push hand, one such style is the Yang Style and another is the Wu Style. The Yang Style is considered the most popular. It uses a soft style with curved like moves, yet they are extremely powerful. The other style is the WU Style, also known as the Hao Style. The Wu Style has moves that are not only slow but also very close to the body, and considered very loose in their movement.

If the Wu Style is properly executed, you will see the experts move seem larger and more rounded. The reason behind this the experts inner power has extended farther than his body might seem. You, too, can achieve this greatness by simply continuing to practice your moves and continue to use the Push Hand DVD.
