HTC Going to Upgrade Handsets with HTC Sense 3.6 UI |

Some time ago, Samsung Galaxy Nexus was launched with debut of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. But now, this Operating system is available in other gadgets also. The Ice Cream Sandwich was launched in the Nexus in too simplified way. The simple Vanilla version was launched and no custom user interface was applied in this device.
The manufacturers of the handsets have decided to install their own UIs in the smartphones. If they wouldn’t have done so, all Android devices would look like each other in terms of functions. The Samsung TouchWiz and HTC Sense are among the best UIs available around. The latest ICS-running smartphones were presented at the Mobile World Congress. The most recent iteration of the UI was presented which was none other than the HTC Sense 3.6. Update has been provided to the older sensation handsets also but a different version of UI was received by them, which was none other than the Sense 3.6. On the other hand, the Sense 4.0 is a step forward and is the latest design. It has newer and simpler design, but v3.6 is very much identical to the previous versions. HTC is working on two different versions of its UI for the latest version of latest Android OS at the same time.
There is a little change in design. You can spot various differences after the update. The multitasking setup of ICS is in one piece. Besides, you can access the notification menu from the lock screen. The function of Face Unlock is also perfect. But, some features have been deleted, like new app menu where users can swipe up and down in place of right and left. The design of notification screen has been taken from the older versions of sense. After the update, the speed of the phone has been increased, especially where the usage of browser is concerned. For the Sensation range of handsets, the HTC Sense 3.6 has started rolling out. However, this is not the latest version, but still v3.6 is a wonderful amendment over the previous versions.
HTC has started launching the HTC Sense 3.6 in the ‘legacy’ devices and it is hoped that the v4.0 or the later versions which are in the pipeline or are not yet planned will be witnessed in the HTC gadgets in the coming time. Several new innovations can be expected in the HTC mobile phones in the handset market soon.
