New Fluoride Warning Coming Soon

I just read Dr. Mercola's report from April 24 2012 (linked below). I am surprised he didn't mention the fact that we bath in this fluoridated water too - forget ingesting water from your PUBLIC water supply - everyone seems to miss this most valid point.

The skin is the largest human organ. Everyone seems focused on "ingesting" fluoride. Mercola suggests the only viable solution, which is a reverse osmosis water filtration system, but when you think in terms of ingesting fluoridated water, you may get the sense that a counter top filter is all you need. The real issue is bathing in fluoridated water. When you realize this, suddenly a counter top filter doesn't apply as a solution. A much more expensive whole house filtration system is now easily recognizable as the only solution.

Generally, a whole house system is 6 to 10 times more expensive than a counter top filter.

When you think in terms of bathing in this stuff, suddenly, bottled water as a solution seems ridiculous, which it is. Mercola suggests bottled water as a solution.

For newbies on this issue, he points out the obvious, without saying it:

Water Fluoridation is Useless:

• There is not a single process in your body that requires fluoride
• A multimillion dollar U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) -funded study found no relation between tooth decay and the amount of fluoride ingested by children

He forgot to mention the last government funded flouride versus cancer report from 2006 - the funding for research in this area was completely cut after this government agency discovered and published this report that proved fluoride causes osteoperosis in women. Note the year - 2006.

Water Fluoridation is Harmful:

• A baby being fed formula receives approximately 175 times more fluoride than a breast-fed infant

But there were a couple points that suggest Water Fluoridation is Actionable - the quickest way to get this systematic authorized use of toxic waste in our public water supply is to sue - money is a quick motivator here.

We may be able to sue the county, state and federal government for putting fluoride in our public water, but why stop there? There are actually real people that authorized the fluoridation of public water. These are the real "terrorists" acting openly, but likely illegally:

• The U.S. FDA classifies ingested fluoride for purposes of reducing tooth decay as a "unapproved drug"

The people that authorized the fluoridation of public water have violated the law by placing an "unapproved drug" in our water, according to the U.S. FDA.

• Water fluoridation is a violation of your individual right to informed consent to medication

This is the truly actionable item here. For you lawyers out there, let's get it into gear and begin some legal action. What would you do to make something right for the American people?

• The chemicals used to fluoridate water supplies are largely hazardous by-products of the fertilizer industry and have never been required to undergo randomized clinical trials for safety or effectiveness by any regulatory agency in the world

Look... I am no lawyer, but doesn't this seem like a simple thing to stop? I think any threat of legal action would get the states in line to stop this illegal fluoridation of our public water supply.

For the names of those who authorized this, just look at your public servants' voting records. I want to see those published online for everyone to see, including whether or not they personally have public water and if they are using reverse osmosis whole house water filtration systems. I just want to know if these people are bathing in the stuff too - I want to know if they are forcing medication on us while they are not. This last point proves malicious intent. Isn't this a form of Terrorism?

Terrorism - Includes violence, fear, and intimidation:

1. the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes.
2. the state of fear and submission produced by terrorism.
3. a terroristic method of governing.

Forced medication, to me, is violence, is way past any threat, intimidates and has coerced me into bathing, and ingesting fluoride, against my will and without my knowledge or consent. That one bullet item really sticks out here.

For some states, there is what I consider malicious secret legislation. They have in their constitutions certain numbered areas that state something like "this information is not available to the public" - this is a serious issue for any democratic organization - especially US states - what constitutional law would be deliberately hidden from the people being governed by it? Everything that affects everyone should be available publicly, in my opinion. I want to know what's what... how about you?

All right Dr. Mercola - good information in your article, but let's get to the point. Who is going to be punished for this legal transgression against the American people? This is not a political issue to me - it is a matter of criminal behavior that needs to be addressed and these people should be persecuted.

1. Look at your public representatives' voting records.
2. Publish them online for everyone to see.
3. Let people decide (and vote online) about who is working for you (public servant), and who is working against you (proven, recorded, and published for all to see).

Once a person is known for voting for illegal policy, it is just a matter of intent. Is it ignorance (public servant should at least be fired)? Or was it malicious intent (public servant should be prosecuted for criminal behavior or terrorism)?
