1. Wash swiss chard leaves thoroughly with water. If they are soiled, then simply fill up the sink with water and let them there until the soil gets removed completely. Also, wash apple thoroughly.
2. Now, cut the apple into quarter.
3. Take your juicer out and wipe it from the inside in order to remove any dust from it.
4. Switch it on and pour swiss chard leaves and pieces of apple into it.
5. Switch your juice extractor off until you see a smooth drink.
You can also add carrot in it instead of adding an apple.
