With Scratch-resistant glass and oleophobic coating, the phone has good protection arrangement for the screen. So, in spite of rough use and scratches by nails, the display will not get hurt.

There is no card slot for memory expansion, no integrated radio and no Java in the iPhone 4S, for which it is not capable of delivering certain facilities to its users.
Comparison with other devices
The White iPhone 4S can be compared with the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, another known model of its same time for speculating the superiority of one over another. The Galaxy has a 5MP camera and Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP against which the iPhone has an 8MP camera with Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP. The Samsung phone has Java MIDP emulator, Document viewer and YouTube, Calendar, Google Talk, Picasa integration, Google Search, Gmail etc but the Apple phone does not have such features. But there is no continuous music playing feature in the Galaxy which is found in the iPhone 4S up to 40 hours.

The rival brands of the Apple and each of its latest models are the Samsung, Sony Ericsson, HTC and some others who also take similar projects give tough fight to the Apple mobile phones.

GPS with A-GPS support and GLONASS and the Google Maps features are integrated in the phone in order to let the users take help from it and find unknown places by being anywhere.

The iPhone 4S has two cameras in it. One is primary and the secondary. The primary camera is of 8MP with 3264x2448 pixels, autofocus, LED flash, geo-tagging, check quality and face detection and other features. It is also capable of recording video. The secondary camera is VGA is meant for video calling.
