The CEO of Apple and Google had a secret discussion over patent lawsuit

During the past months Apple and Samsung both were trapped in the vicious circle regarding the patent case. But after Apple had win the case Samsung and Google both are thinking about their losses. Since there is one more hearing in which the judge would take out the decision that the following handsets should be banned or not. According to the rumors the CEO of Apple and Google are conducting secret discussions over the patent case. Tim Cook the CEO of Apple and Larry Page the CEO of Google has made a discussion over the telephone and the lower level officials of both the companies are also talking over this matter.


The CEO have scheduled some another day also for conversation. Earlier Motorola also claims a case over Apple regarding infringing its patents but the case was dismissed as nobody was able produce evidences. The main topic of discussion is likely to be the last week Apple victory over Samsung patent case held on the US court. According to the judgment Samsung has to pay $1.05bn for damages moreover the company also uses the Google operating system. In addition Apple is looking for ban on the eight Samsung gadgets in United States.


The sources have stated that this secret conversation is over the peace treaty between Apple and Google operating system which is main feature used in the Samsung handsets.
