The maintence and repair are key regular job, which can guarantee the good performance of Cement Mill and security of ourselves.
1.Pay close attention to temperature change in sliding shoe bearing bush.
2.Pay close attention to wear degree and fracture of wearing parts and timely change it.
3.Check sliding shoe bearings lubrication system operating condition, fuel feeding regularly.
4.When refuel and renew the oil in winter, heat oil to 25 centigrade or so, deterioration or not clean lubrication are not permitted.
5.For the using and new replacement bearingbush, after one month operating, lubrication shall be all released through clean and replacement.
6.Always check the cooling system and ensure unblocked.
7.Check incoming and outgoing material sealing condition, if which were weared seriously or affected, adjustment and replacement or other measurement shall be adopted.
8.Check and ensure each lining board link bolt, foundation bolt and so on without looseness, fracture and abscission.
9.If htere's any abnormal vibration and noise occur to any part, cement mill should be immediately stopped and check. 10.The deformed parts caused by thermal expansion and temperature rise should be solved timely.
