The water proof heat exchanger is especially designed for the electronics industry. It comprises of a specially built double layer heat insulated terminal box with a turning waterproof lock. This device can be configured according to the user’s requirements. This water proof cabinet can house a side or wall mounted heat exchanger.
In electronics it is a fact that keeping the air pressure under control greatly affects the performance of the machine. If a machine has a water proof heat exchanger that means that it is kept safe from the dust and extreme environment that would otherwise corrode the device.
The outer case of the heat exchanger is coated with Teflon which does not require frequent cleaning. Low maintenance is one reason why this device has also proved its usefulness in biological waste and sewerage treatment plants where there is exposure to high levels of organic acids.
The water proof heat exchanger has a segregated internal and external circulation system which disperses the heat equally inside the case guaranteeing a clean and safe environment inside as well as outside the sealed case. Even when not exposed to harsh environments, the heat exchanger can still be subjected to deterioration due to the moisture in the atmosphere which peels the heat exchangers plates. This extra trait adds to the reliability of the water proof heat exchanger.
ISO or sound isolation boxes are used to eliminate fan and spindle sounds. These boxes come in a number of sizes and range anywhere from keeping a computer casing quiet to providing over a 30 db sound reduction.
The largest ISO box features a four fan system and is dead quiet. It also comes in heavy duty cases. The ISO box has two enclosures and has manual latches. The front panel is mostly a viewing window and the rear consists of vents for air exhausts. The air intake is located at the bottom of the panel. The ISO box is equipped with a digital thermostat which gives out the outgoing and incoming air temperatures to help monitor the pressure built in the case. It is also equipped with an alarm in case the temperature exceeds its limit.
Sound reducing products are used in a number of ways which include recording studios, theatres and also for industrial sound control. These ISO boxes are increasing in demand with the price of good quality sound proofing units coming down. The ISO box also comes with a roll off switch which means you can turn up the sound of any amp without harming the equipment inside the box.
