According to Tech Radar though there are some issues with Apple’s new device, the sales and traffic has not been affected and success is coming its way. With iOS 6 being used at an impressive rate there are more than 5 million units that have been sold out of iPhone. The issue with maps was very much publicized and also there were problem with the camera but still a lot of people are eager to have an hands on experience of iPhone 5.
According to a survey by ChangeWave there has not been a much issue with the map app and the rate is quite overwhelming and also the consumers are more interested in iPhone 5 than they were in iPone 4S. According to the survey around 19% people are “very likely” to buy an iPhone 5, the same kind of study was conducted at the time when iPhone 4S was launched in October 2011 which showed that hardly 10% were interested in buying it.
ChangeWave also conducted a poll for iOS 6 just to find out that for how many the map app was actually an issue. The study conveyed that 90 percent were not that much affected by the problem, whereas only 3 percent said that map was a “Very Big Problem.”
Apple is also leading with regards to the web traffic; this news comes with reference to a web browser report from Chitika, which states that Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile phone has been left behind by its competitor iPhone 5. The percentage being hold by Apple is 72% out of which 56% is generated by iPhone 5 as compared to the Galaxy S3's 44 percent. iFone is also using a trademark filed under Class 38, and Apple tried to go after that trademark, which according to compay’s lawyer in not actively used. After ruling the things in iFone’s favor the Mexican court also opened door to the communications company to countersue. Apple is no stranger to trademark infringement suits involving the iPhone name.
Sometimes later the case came to a mutual settlement, and this is where the new case between both the companies is headed towards. iFone is planning to make an attempt of blocking all the sales of iPhone 5 by making 40 percent of all iPhone sales in Mexico.
