Most small business web sites have very little or no interactivity available to users that are looking to be engaged and participate in useful web sites. I have included a short list of some of the basic turnkey functionality we have available with the Net-Teams core software. You can use some or all of this functionality and attach some or all of it directly to your web site. Net-Teams Standard Community System Security Features:
- Segregate administrative responsibilities, including User Admin, Content Admin, Community Messenger Admin, into Calendar Admin roles per administrator.
- Segregate member status as prospective members and members.
- Create additional levels of membership (optional) Community Home Page and Management System
- Real-time editing of the mission, about us and benefits
- Manage links to article blogs from members and writing staff to home page
- Links to calendar events for current month automatically placed on home page

- Page html is set up to optimize SEO and ranking strategies
Edit-In-Place Events Calendar
- Add events and event descriptions
- Manage SEO meta data per event
- Event display and monthly calendar display can be restricted to members and admin only.
- Each event can be made available to specific classes of members (optional)
- Event html is set up to optimize SEO and ranking strategies
- Add RSVP system to capture data on participants intentions to attend (optional)
Article Blog Submission
- All members have access to the article blogging system
- Each blog can act as a set of notes until the article is ready to publish
- Once published, the article becomes available to all communities on Net-Teams and can be added to community and member home pages.
- Members can post comments on existing articles.
- Author can use the default Author Display built in or link the article to their web site.
- There is an additional link that can be used to link to more information on the subject.
Membership Registration
- Allow members to join the community as prospective member or member (optional)
- Make membership invitation only Member Profile
- Member Profile Pages can be linked directly to their websites
- Preview photo submissions before allowing (approval process is optional)
- Contact Management System with Scheduler with notes (optional)
- Members can invite others to join the community (optional)
- Members can assemble their blogs and other member blogs into a web site branding within the existing community.
Membership search
- Segregate access to membership search based on member status (prospective, member or admin)
- Icon shows representing members with pictures
- Icon shows member status per member (prospective, member or admin)
- Search on member name, business name, zip code, email and search through multiple communities (applicable if you are a member of more than one community on Net-Teams) Member Import – Import members from other databases into Net-Teams Newsletter – Newsletter Admins can send messages to some or all members of the community
Member-to-Member Messaging System
- All emails from Net-Teams are from one person to another and are CAN Spam compliant Member-to-Member Testimonials – Testimonials appear on the member profile page
Business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C)
