Genuine and legitimate online sellers have a proper staff or a team that works in different departments while fraudulently operated companies are usually one or two men show. You will hear the same voice on calling the technical team that you will hear on calling the sales team. By getting to know how big or small the company is, its legitimacy can be verified.
Ask them for a refund policy in case of dissatisfaction
