This High Income, Low(er) Risk, concept can produce significant cash flow and quite possibly more in annual spending money for retirees than conventional annuities.
It also eliminates the high acquisition costs and portfolio depletion problems associated with conventional annuity products. Believe it or not, annuities were designed for people of limited means! To be sure, this income program provides a non-guaranteed income stream, and most certainly is not an annuity contract of any kind.
