LMK Wealth Management - Example Statement

Statements are comprised of three sections: Snapshot, Summary, and Detail. Each section provides different views of your account's portfolio value and activity, as described below.

GENERAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION Easily find your account number for placing orders or making inquiries. Contact information for your investment representative, including address and phone number(s), is displayed.
SNAPSHOT Provides an overview of important account information, including current and prior-period portfolio value and current and year-to-date net account activity.
QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE BAR GRAPH An easy-to-use tool that visually displays current portfolio value compared to historical account value by quarter.
MARGIN PROFILE Displays margin account information including margin balance, equity buying power, funds available to withdraw, and funds available to borrow.

SUMMARY This section gives you summary-level information about your account. The components include:
    * Portfolio value
    * Account Activity
    * Realized Gain (Loss) or Closed Lot Gain (Loss)
PORTFOLIO ALLOCATION CHART Shows an at-a-glance view of portfolio asset allocation classes and percentages.
REALIZED GAIN (LOSS) Provides a current period and year-to-date summary of gain (loss) information for transactions where cost basis information is complete. For retirement accounts, this section is titled Closed Lot Gain (Loss)

DETAIL This section gives you the greatest level of detail available about your account. See specific positions grouped by investment type and account activity at the transaction level.
PORTFOLIO VALUE A detailed view of your portfolio positions as of the end of the statement period. This includes cash, equities, options, fixed income, mutual funds, and other securities.
ACCOUNT ACTIVITY A recap of transactions that occurred in your account for the statement period. See details on trading, additions and withdrawals, income and expenses, and miscellaneous activity.
ALERTS Notification of specific events occurring in your account that may require further action.

REALIZED GAIN (LOSS) LOT DETAIL Reported on September's statement, this section provides lot level gain (loss) information for transactions where cost basis information is complete. For retirement accounts, this section is labeled Closed Lot Gain (Loss) Detail.
UNREALIZED GAIN (LOSS) DETAIL Reported quarterly, this section provides lot level unrealized gain (loss) information for transactions where cost basis information is complete. For retirement accounts, this section is labeled Open Lot Gain (Loss) Detail.
MESSAGES (NOT SHOWN)

Read important messages from your investment firm, which may include information on regulatory issues, changes to your account, and new investment products. FOOTNOTES AND COST BASIS INFORMATION

Explains important abbreviations used throughout the statement and provides information related to cost basis and gain (loss) data. For retirement accounts, this section is labeled Footnotes and Cost Information.
