What the hell would any woman, or man for that matter, do with a 10 foot pole? I would imagine walking would be difficult to say the least... for either a woman that uses or a man that wears one of these things!
I remember seeing these infomercials in the middle of the night a few years ago and couldn't believe at the time what I was seeing... I was amazed that there could be a market for this at all, but after these several years, the site is still up and that says to me that they at least have a few bucks each year to "keep it up" (so to speak)!
