The ReallyBigResults.com team recently launched a free newsletter service to help small businesses keep their expenses down and have a way to communicate with their prospects and customers. So the question is by offering it as a free service is that a good thing or not?
The discussions are passionate on both sides. Some say free is always good and helps everybody. Others say if you have a free service, they don't value it and if you put a price on a service, people value it more? Even if it is $5 a month, compared to the other providers like Constant Contact, iContact, Swiftpage and MailChimp (all who have a paid solution after a few free trial or a limit of free emails before they charge), is it better to keep it free or charge a small fee?
