Why am I writing this? I live in the Boulder Colorado area and humidity is very low. Drinking plenty of water is always very important but even more so in a dry climate at 5000 feet above sea level. Many people I know have skin that looks very dehydrated and many have told me we have a chronic dehydration problem in America; that’s very evident on this area.
In 2009 I was introduced to Nikken PiMag water. Before that time I had been drinking filtered water from the tap for about 25 years, so I had become accustomed to water without chemicals and that chlorine taste. At that point in my life I was living around the Atlanta, Georgia area and the tap water there was heavily chlorinated and wreaked of that odor especially when running a bath. Since tasting filtered water at home, I’ve become a connoisseur of fine tasting drinking water. Personally, I would bequeath this water filter to a loved one in my will – it’s that valuable to me.
The retail price is $374 plus tax and shipping. The core filter gets replaced about every 3 months and the mineral stones (with minerals from ocean coral) get replaced annually.
